Specialize in working with Military Relocations, Permanent Change of Station (PCS); Corporate Transferees, First Time Homebuyers, and Listing of Homes. All of which represent a significant portion of Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Yorktown, Northeast North Carolina, Moyock, Elizabeth City and Ahoskie.

Also, specializes in resale and new construction homes in the greater Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina choice neighborhoods. My understanding of new construction, from the sale of a lot - to the marketing of a completed home, combined with my comprehensive knowledge of market trends as well as the strong negotiating skills have been extremely beneficial to countless clients throughout Hampton Roads & Northeast North Carolina.

It's my mission to always be present for every transaction and to be always accessible to my clients, to vigorously negotiate in their best interest, and to assure that every part of your transaction run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I am a native of Mississippi and has traveled abroad for much of his career. Having served his country proudly for 22 years; now US Navy Retired. Served a nonprofit organization for 7 years as the Vice President Program Operations namely Angel Flight Mid-Atlantic, Mercy Medical Angels and Air Compassion.  As well as enjoy building the community as a motivation speaker, entrepreneur coach, REALTORS® and Associate Broker active in sales since 2006 to present.
